Welcome to the Trumpet Studio at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts UNCSA
has a long and rich history of the study of the trumpet. Alumni can
be found across the globe performing, teaching, and occupying many
different positions in the creative arts. UNCSA is
located
in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, three hours
from
the beaches and two hours from the mountains. The
conservatory
atmosphere
cultivated at UNCSA allows for a program of study that is very
intensive and focused on one-on-one applied study with the major
teacher. In addition to its School of Music, UNCSA is
comprised
of four sister schools in Filmmaking, Design and Production, Dance, and
Drama, allowing for collaborative opportunities unmatched by any arts
school in the nation.
Whether you are a prospective student or just a fan of the trumpet, we hope you will enjoy visiting our website. Please check back in on occasion, as there are always exciting new things happening here! Be sure to take advantage of the RESOURCES page for free downloadable information.
